A sneak peak of ingredients you will find in our organic, loose leaf tea:

  1. Apples

The humble apple! Contains vitamin C and helps boost immunity and fight cholesterol.

  1. Oranges

A fruit bowl staple. Contains vitamin A and C and it may help lower the risk of heart and cardiovascular diseases.

  1. Strawberries

Strawberries come from the Rose family, a fruit that comes in 600 varieties. Is thought to help regulate blood sugar and fight inflammation.

  1. Lemongrass

Also known as citronella, is a tall, stalky plant and contains antioxidants. A go to alternative for upset stomachs and other digestive problems.

  1. Ginger

Native to Asia it has been suggested consumption can be protective against heart disease, relieve heartburn, lower cholesterol and improve blood circulation.

  1. Hops Petals

This versatile petal is an essential ingredient when brewing beer and is also used in tea in our tea. Studies have found it can reduce stress, anxiety and depression along with helping with insomnia.

      7. Black Tea Leaf 

Black tea is made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant and fun fact 🌟 it is the same plant used to make green tea. The leaves are dried and fermented, giving black tea a darker color and richer flavor compared to green tea (which does not undergo the fermentation process).

Black tea contains a number of antioxidants, compounds that help the body fight free radicals (chemical by-products known to damage DNA). These antioxidants include catechin, thearubigins, and theaflavins, and catechins, substances known as flavonoids that are said to combat inflammation and support healthy immune function. Black tea also contains the amino acid L-theanine.
